The agents in the customer service department at Kegel's Produce work diligently at taking superior care of our customers. Our friendly and professional agents understand the needs of our varied customer base. They are constantly learning about the many varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables that are available to our customers.

There are several ordering options available to Kegel's Produce customers. Our customer service department is "LIVE" from 6AM to 5PM Monday through Friday, 6AM to 1PM on Saturday and 8AM to 11AM on Sunday. We offer a phone call service that has an agent call an establishment at a designated time on specified days. A voice mail system takes customers' calls after hours. We also design custom order forms for those customers who choose to fax orders. We are working on an online ordering program. Please call Dave at X655 for more information.

All orders placed by 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Our computerized routing system is designed to get deliveries to our customers in timeframes that are established by our customers. We work hard at getting our customers what they need when they need it!!
