Women's Business Enterprise National Council Certifies Kegel's Produce As A Women's Business Enterprise
Lancaster, PA – Kegel’s Produce of Lancaster, PA is pleased to announce that the company has been certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, in partnership with the Women’s Business Development Center, as a Women’s Business Enterprise.
Founded in 1997, The Women’s Business National Enterprise Council is the nation’s leading advocate of women owned businesses. The organization works to foster diversity in the world of commerce with programs and policies designed to expand opportunities and eliminate barriers in the marketplace for women business owners.
The organization grants certification, as Women’s Business Enterprises, to companies that meet a list of established criteria including a fifty-one percent female ownership.
